• Provide comprehensive care in the inpatient Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Manage an average of patients daily, ensuring high-quality treatment and support.
• Assist with essential procedures such as delivery room attendance, neonatal resuscitation, PICC line placement, and chest tube placement.
• Document patient care using the Epic EMR system.
• Work closely under the supervision of a physician throughout the assignment.
• Participate in weekend shifts as required.

• Board certification required (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.).
• Active Michigan state license mandatory; no new license candidates accepted.
• Current NRP certification (Advanced Provider or Instructor status).
• Significant experience in neonatology is required; new grads will not be considered.
• Demonstrated competency in critical neonatal procedures.
