Construction Project Manager

Our client is a leading Midwest Construction firm that is employee owned and has extensive experience across market-rate multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing, and senior living, along with commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial construction. Responsibilities: Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Manage subcontractor bidding, buyout, contracts, and performance Coordinate closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or schedule issues Lead owner and project meetings and provide regular progress updates Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and profitability expectations Oversee project closeout, punch lists, turnover, and final documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners Qualifications: 5+ years of construction project management experience specifically with multifamily projects Proven experience managing ground-up apartment, mixed-use, senior living, or similar multifamily developments Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Experience managing project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change ordersAbility to successfully manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
