Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience required
Assignment Details
- Shift schedule: M-F
- Coverage area includes Clinton County, MI
- EMR: Home Care Home Base
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
- Travel within a general one-hour radius of the coverage hub city may be expected based on referrals
