Phlebotomist

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or three months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Additional Standards: Certification or completed training program must be from an accredited agency. Must be able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Quarterly Incentive Program: eligible employees may receive a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for active employees (not eligible for current employees). Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime and rotating Saturdays may be required.
