We are looking for an English Teacher for a High School based in Shanghai. This position is starting from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in August 2026. The school has a kindergarten, primary, middle and high school divisions and integrates China’s national curriculum with IB curriculum to meet educational needs and promote international outlook Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of English to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in English subjects;Teaching qualification;Minimum 3 years' full-time international curriculum teaching experience, experience with IB curriculum and Chinese students preferred;Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies; Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of up to 29,000 to 32,000 RMB depending on experience and qualificationsHousing allowance of up to 5,000 RMBRelocation allowanceSettlement allowanceMedical health insuranceLunch provided on work daysSummer and winter holidayChristmas holidayPersonal paid leave
