Emergency Department Registered NurseThis position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts, from 19:00 to 07:00. Please note that floating based on staffing needs among several hospitals is required.The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) provides direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN is responsible for assessing and managing patients with a variety of critical conditions and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. This role requires floating across multiple facilities as needed.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver emergency care to patients with acute conditions.Administer medications and treatments as per protocols and guidelines.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical status.Educate patients and their families about care plans and procedures.Assist in emergency procedures and facilitate patient transport as required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.Current licenses and certifications: RN License, ACLS, PALS, and BLS.Experience with high volume ED, trauma, and stroke care.Epic charting system experience preferred.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
