• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, silverware, and service stations
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and spirits
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
