Immigration Attorney Humanitarian immigration firm in Houston is seeking an Immigration Attorney. Must be bilingual/Spanish. Position Lead Immigration Attorney Years of Experience -2 -3 years Practice Areas Removal Defense (primary focus), with VAWA, T-Visa, and Asylum as core supporting practice areas. Opportunity We're launching a humanitarian immigration firm in Houston this fall, backed by important inverstors from two of Colombia's top-ranked law firms ranked among Colombia's top 20 by revenue, recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. The model is built so that one attorney stands at the center of the practice ? not an associate among many, but the legal face of the entire firm, with real investment behind building that person's name and reputation in the Houston immigration bar. Every part of the operation ? marketing, technology, client intake, case support ? exists to support that one person's practice and profile. Timeline Onboarding expected mid-September 2026 (approx. Sept 15?20), with full operations launching October 2026.
