About the Role The Server Assistant‑Barback is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, responsible for supporting seamless service and an elevated guest experience in the bar and lounge areas. The role supports bar servers and lounge staff, maintains a clean and organized environment, and upholds the Ramsay Standard of professionalism and excellence. What You Will Do Maintain a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest. Demonstrate solid knowledge of the food and beverage menu, with a strong emphasis on bar and beverage offerings. Set up and break down the bar area while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of. What You Bring Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible. Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility. Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required. Experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant is a plus; 1‑2 years preferred. Schedule & Hours This is a part‑time position.
