Role Description This full-time hybrid role is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Comprehensive Family Care. The position is based in Conyers, GA, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The individual will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians. Additional responsibilities include training and educating parents or caregivers, analyzing behavioral data for program adjustments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes. Qualifications Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Proficiency in developing and implementing Behavior Management strategies Experience in Parent Education and collaborating with families Background in Psychology and applying principles to practical settings Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
