We're seeking a dynamic Security Manager to lead our integrated IT and OT security initiatives. This fully remote position, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, offers work-life balance while overseeing critical infrastructure protection. Join us to make a significant impact in cybersecurity while working from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee both IT and OT security environments, ensuring comprehensive protection across industrial control systems and critical infrastructure
Lead risk assessment initiatives and develop security frameworks aligned with industry standards like NIST and ISA/IEC 62443
Oversee incident response planning and execution for both IT and OT environments
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure security measures don't impact operational efficiency
Manage 24/7 security monitoring operations and incident response teams
Develop and implement security awareness training programs

Requirements:

Deep understanding of OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems
Experience with security monitoring platforms and threat detection systems
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and security frameworks
Expertise in integrating IT and OT security practices
Experience with vendor management and third-party security assessments Technical Expertise:
Proficiency with Arctic Wolf security integration and Juniper Networks security solutions
Experience with quantum encryption technologies and advanced security infrastructure
Understanding of zero-trust security implementation
