Location Las Vegas, Nevada – Full-time, on-site role where you'll work closely with project teams and clients while leading exciting commercial construction projects. Note Applicants must have 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience . Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish is required. Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and safety performance. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders. Maintain strong communication with clients, owners, architects, and field teams. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the construction process. Qualifications 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong knowledge of all phases of commercial construction. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Ability to identify project issues and develop effective solutions.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
