Sales Coordinator We’re looking for a detail‐oriented Sales Coordinator to support customers and channel partners in a fast‐paced environment. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, quotes, order processing, renewals, and export documentation while identifying upsell opportunities. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production to ensure smooth delivery, accurate forecasting, and exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, ERP/CRM experience, and proven B2B sales support background required.

Required
- Proven sales administration experience with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and ERP/CRM systems
- Proactive, driven mindset with strong business communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Strong customer relationship‐building skills
- Previous B2B sales support or customer service experience
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask in a fast‐paced environment
- Team‐oriented with strong collaboration skills
