Job Description Job Description Our small but busy family practice is growing! We are looking for a physician assistant who will see patients full time in a traditional family practice office. MInimum of 4 years experience in primary care. Must be licensed, certified and willing to learn! Serious inquiries only. Salary: * $110,000 - $130,000 Benefits: * Malpractice insurance * License / certification fees * CME allowance * All practice expenses covered * Health insurance * Dental/Vision insurance * 401K * 401K matching Shift: * Full time (36 patient care hours/week) * Monday - Friday, may include late shift 1-2 days per week * Weekends and Holidays off * No inpatient / hospital visits Job responsibilities: * Review and examine patient and medical history * Appropriately diagnose and treat various health conditions * Order and interpret diagnostic testing (imaging, blood work, etc) * Patient education during exams and call backs * Prescribe medications * Perform minor procedures (pap smears, I&D, joint injections, etc)
