Description: Phlebotomist collects blood samples from patients for laboratory testing, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and transportation. They follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination or infection. Phlebotomists also help patients feel at ease during the procedure and may assist with basic lab tasks. Precision, patient care, and attention to detail are crucial in this role.
