Job Title: Caregiver Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized assistance with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and companionship to clients, attending to their physical, emotional, and social needs. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record clients' health conditions, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals as needed. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules. Prepare meals and ensure clients receive adequate nutrition according to dietary plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties. Encourage and participate in activities to promote clients' mental and physical well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care and support. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred. Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and supporting clients. Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation preferred. CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
