The following features govern the role of the Fetal Monitoring RN: patient advocacy, proactive, continuous monitoring prevention, evidenced-based care, telecommunication, clinical decision support, humane, compassionate ethical care.Shift: 48 Hours Biweekly; NightsRequirementsMust be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure ExamBSN PreferredMust possess 5 years of current labor and delivery and/or EFM interpretation experienceMust obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused.
