If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Salesforce Applications Solutions Architect** with strong techno-functional expertise in the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions based on the Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in taking customer requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. This is a techno-functional role that requires deep, hands-on experience of Salesforce core products (CRM, ARM, etc.). The suitable candidate will translate complex revenue and sales process requirements into scalable,Salesforce architectures, while partnering closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional delivery teams to drive outcomes across the revenue lifecycle. The immediate project for this candidate is a high-priority 'Oracle CX to Salesforce' migration initiative.**Required Experience** * Designed end-to-end Salesforce solutions and implement them across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Planning and Compensation management.* Designed and documented data models, integration patterns, and system interfaces between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Used AI tools to achieve the same.* Collaborated with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define and prioritize Customer Experience (CX) related solutions.* Conducted impact analysis for new releases and managed technical debt in previous jobs.* Familiar with API-based integrations, middleware (MuleSoft, Oracle SOA etc.), and external systems.* Proficient in technical skills like Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow. **Preferred Experience** * Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).* Any Incentive Compensation tool (Spiff/Everstage/Xactly).* Salesforce Sales Planning.* Oracle CX applications (OSC, CPQ, EPM, ICM).* Exposure to Salesforce AI Agentforce. **Educational Qualifications** BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.**Pay & Benefits**Consistent with Lattice Semiconductor values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.For candidates who receive and offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.**Base Pay Range**0In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/ incentive compensation and/ or equity. In addition, this role is eligible for a comprehensive, competitive benefits package which may include healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, and more!**Additional Information:**This position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in the United States.
