TEAM MEMBER

The Team Member position takes on a variety of duties in a fast‑paced, family‑friendly environment, ensuring guests receive friendly service and a clean dining space. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues Operates the cash register or point‑of‑sale devices and uses suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities Verifies the accuracy of guests’ orders Prepares and packages food and drink products Cleans kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils Cleans dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds Maintains health and safety standards in work areas Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, drive‑thru, food prep, fryers, etc.) Maintains prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts Follows BOSS uniform and grooming standards and policies Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant Develops team‑effectiveness skills and collaborates with others to achieve team goals Responds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers Minimum Qualifications Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds No visible tattoos on the head, neck or face above the uniform Must perform essential functions and duties as listed in the Team Member job description Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics Good oral communication and interpersonal skills Professional personal appearance Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Ability to use a computer and calculator Willingness to accomplish all restaurant tasks Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Ability to interact productively with co‑workers and function well in a team environment Ability to resolve guest issues with tact Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends Must obtain a health certificate at personal expense within sixty (60) days BOSS Restaurants, LLC was founded in 2017 in ElPalo, Texas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boss Restaurants, LLC.
