Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role supporting students from PreK through 8th grade as a vital member of a dynamic therapy team. This full-time contract position is based onsite and is ideal for professionals eager to contribute their skills in a collaborative, school-based environment near Scottsdale, AZ.

The opportunity encompasses 3-4 open positions to serve a range of school-aged children, working throughout the academic year from August 3, 2026, to May 26, 2027 (dates may be subject to change). While specific caseload assignments are being finalized, this role promises a rewarding variety supporting student growth across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, current and in hand.
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to adapt and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality OT services to students across PreK-8th grade.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to maximize student outcomes.
• Contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support implementation.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements.
