In-Home Care RN — Shift-Based, 1:1 Patient Care

American River Healthcare

American River Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide shift-style in-home care to patients through their Advance Care at Home program. This role allows RNs to work 1:1 with patients, delivering hands-on care in a home setting. Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in California and Med-Surg experience preferred. Duties include managing patient care plans and working on a shift-style schedule, including every other weekend.
