• Diagnose and fix problems like a pro
• Road-test every vehicle — no shortcuts
• Keep your bay spotless and organized
• Maintain your own full tool inventory
• Document everything — no guesswork
• Return vehicles cleaner than they came in
• Stay sharp with ongoing training and certifications

YOU BRING:

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive experience
• Minimum 3 ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred)
• Manufacturer certifications across all major systems
• Proven skills in:
  • Engine, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, HVAC
  • Drivability Diagnosis & Repair
  • Lube & Maintenance Services
• Customer Pay Repair Efficiency >105%
• Relentless attention to detail and pride in your work
