About the Opportunity

\n

Lititz Family Medicine , located in Lititz, Pennsylvania , is seeking a part-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our collegial and collaborative team.

\n

\n
• Rotational coverage at both Lititz and Kissel Hill office locations
\n
• Current team includes 8 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
\n
• Integrated care team includes social work, nursing, and care management support
\n
• Strong focus on whole-person care and resource navigation
\n

\n

Job Responsibilities

\n

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:

• Consult with patients to determine treatment plans
\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
\n
• Monitor lab results, medication adherence, and toxicities
\n
• Prescribe/administer treatment, medications, therapy, and vaccinations
\n
• Explain procedures, results, and care plans to patients
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
\n
• Refer patients to medical specialists when appropriate
\n

Minimum Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
\n
