Low Voltage Project Manager/Sales Manager
$80,000 - $92,000 + annual bonus for department and company
Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Low Voltage Project Manager/Sales Manager to join our growing department in Kansas City. This role is pivotal in leading our team towards excellence, reflecting the high performance seen in our other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead low voltage projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
- Manage a team of 3-6 technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Balance office and field responsibilities, spending approximately 50% of time in each.
- Foster strong client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
RCDD and VICS certifications required.
Proven experience in project management and sales, preferably in low voltage. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
