Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Dental Assistant! No prior dental experience is required but is recommended. We are fully prepared to provide comprehensive, hands-on training to the right candidate who is eager to build a career in the dental field.

What You Will Do (We Will Train You):
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to safety protocols.
- Greet patients warmly, guide them to treatment chairs, and assist with charting.
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during routine procedures.
- Learn to take dental X-rays (once state-certified).
- Support administrative workflows and keep the clinic organized.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, a warm personality, and excellent dependability.
- Willingness to complete California-mandated certifications (Infection Control, Dental Practice Act, Radiation Safety) within your first month.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is a plus
