Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to success. Assist the management team in delivering top-notch service in the food industry.
General Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of employees during shifts.
- Ensure efficient food production and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
- Train and develop staff on food safety, hospitality, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control.
- Implement and maintain training programs for staff development.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry or food production preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Experience in training development and staff training is a plus.
- Background in hospitality management is beneficial.
