What You'll Do You will work in a call center environment, engaging with members over the phone to assess eligibility for programs like the Medicare Savings Program. Collect and input personal and financial information into multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency. Identify additional resources to support members' needs, such as food assistance or medication cost savings. Educate and empower members to take advantage of benefits that improve their quality of life. Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a culture of compassion, service, and excellence. Remote work may be available based on performance, attendance, and demonstrated independence. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience to include experience assisting customers through effective listening and communication Proficient in technology to include data entry, learning and navigating multiple systems and learning new applications Proven ability applying critical thinking skills for rapid problem resolution Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or social services Previous inbound/outbound call center experience Bilingual English/Spanish Associate's or Bachelor's degree Why Join Us? Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
