Youll provide personalized in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each childs unique needs. Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standing
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics including ADLs daily routines play and feeding
• Ability to sit stand bend and walk regularly; lift up to 45 lbs
• Adequate vision and hearing for written and verbal communication
• Comfort working in an environment with moderate noise levels

Your role as an Occupational Therapist

As part of our interdisciplinary team you will:

• Design and administer treatment programs to increase independence in ADLs routines play and feeding
• Make cross-referrals to other disciplines as needed
• Address executive functioning attention and fine/gross motor coordination
• Create home programs and coach families to implement them
• Collaborate with doctors teachers and pediatric specialists for coordinated care
• Maintain detailed progress notes and adjust treatment plans as needed
