Software Integration Specialist
Join a leading manufacturing company in Madisonville, TN as a Software Integration Specialist. This position requires a seasoned Application Engineer with a background in automotive product design to assist customers from evaluation through product solution deployment. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams to support product development and program launch.
- Lead customer technical engagements during pre-sales demonstrations, trials, and deployment phases.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications, use cases, and validation plans.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including application notes, guides, and manuals.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to customize solutions for manufacturing customers.
- Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful product adoption.
- Create and execute test plans, validation protocols, and support quality processes.
- Assist the sales team with project scoping and feasibility for customer opportunities.
- Maintain project tracking, issue logs, and status updates for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing as an Application Engineer or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and service centers as needed.
