Senior QA Analyst - Workday & Enterprise Applications

Location: Remote ESTDuration: 12+ month contract - potential to be hired on permanent as well Position Description Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications Support automated testing efforts (20-30% of workload) Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes Support ongoing testing and legacy system requests within PeopleSoft Perform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL Test and support Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise applications Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams Identify risks, issues, and testing gaps proactively Help drive projects forward with minimal oversight Adapt quickly as new initiatives and priorities emerge Respond with urgency to support critical business initiatives Learn new applications and support additional tools as business needs evolve Required Skills 5+ years of QA experience Workday experience is a must Strong manual testing background (80% manual, 20% automation) Some automation testing Experience supporting legacy system enhancements and requests in PeopleSoft Experience testing SaaS-based applications Experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms SQL experience for data validation and backend testing Compliance application testing experience Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
