Responsibilities

• Perform precise electrical and mechanical assembly of components according to blueprint designs and production standards.
• Efficiently obtain, sort, and organize raw products and parts needed for daily production goals.
• Accurately count and verify parts against job orders to ensure final packages strictly match client specifications.
• Package completed units securely for final transit and label all shipments accurately to guarantee proper routing and inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing workspace in compliance with facility guidelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly, warehouse production, or manufacturing packaging environments.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong mathematical counting skills and the ability to strictly follow written packaging and labeling specifications.
• Proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
