Activities Director

Neuvant House of Lawrence is looking for a caring, energetic Program Director to lead engaging activities for our assisted living and memory care residents. If you enjoy working with seniors and making a difference every day, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Plan and lead fun, meaningful daily activities for residents. Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships. Coordinate activity calendars, special events, and outings. Communicate with families about resident participation when needed. Work with the care team to create a positive, engaging environment. Assist with resident care as needed. Complete activity documentation and other assigned duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience working with seniors, assisted living, memory care, recreation, or activities is preferred but not required. Friendly, dependable, organized, and compassionate. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check.
