Salary: $24-$26/hour Maintenance Technician - Donora, Pa Express Employment Professionals is now hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a well-established manufacturing company in the Donora area. If you're a strong electrical/mechanical tech looking for competitive pay and steady hours, this is a great opportunity. Compensation Base Pay: $24/hour 3rd Shift Differential: + a $4/hour shift differential 1st 6AM-2:30PM 2nd 2PM-10:30PM 3rd 10PM-6:30AM Position Summary Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Technician will perform general, preventative, and corrective maintenance plant-wide. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Complete equipment changeovers and line setups
- Repair mechanical components (pumps, seals, bearings, motors, conveyors)
- Repair electrical systems (motor control centers, fill/seal equipment, cooling tunnels)
- Assist with installation of new equipment
- Generate and complete work orders
- Submit parts requests and maintain inventory awareness
- Support food safety, sanitation, and quality systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of mechanical and electrical experience required
- Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Must pass a drug test
