Housing Case Manager

Pine Street Inn in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Case Manager to join our Permanent Supportive Housing team. You will provide intensive case management to tenants, applying Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing techniques to promote housing stability and connect residents with needed services.
