Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, utilizing effective interviewing techniques and observation skills. \n
- Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy, employing proven modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. \n
- Design and develop individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions tailored to the needs of each student. \n
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to ensure integrated and effective care for students. \n
- Facilitate crisis intervention as necessary, providing risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate mental health needs. \n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care. \n
- Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops, support groups, and group therapy sessions that empower students and foster a supportive environment. \n
The ideal candidate will work primarily with students experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Our focus is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space that encourages open dialogue and promotes healing, allowing students to enhance their coping mechanisms and academic performance.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues. \n

- Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on school-aged children and adolescents. \n
- Previous experience in school-based mental health services or a strong understanding of educational systems and student support frameworks. \n
