Adobe CMS Developer

We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM CMS Developer to develop and maintain enterprise digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service , Java, and modern AEM development practices, with experience building scalable, high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Build solutions using Java, OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, and Servlets.
• Develop headless CMS solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL.
• Customize AEM Assets (DAM) and workflows.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
• Optimize site performance, Dispatcher caching, and deployments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe AEM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and AEM architecture.
• Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Hands-on experience with Content Fragments, GraphQL, and headless CMS.
• Experience with Dispatcher, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Certified AEM Developer.
• Experience with Edge Delivery Services (Franklin/HLX).
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience integrating AEM with Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-region AEM implementations.
