Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated leader to guide the Motor Control team, providing exceptional rehabilitation services for children facing complex challenges related to tone, movement, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Offer medical leadership and supervision for the Motor Control Program within our organization.
- Assess and manage pediatric patients with conditions such as cerebral palsy, spasticity, dystonia, and other intricate movement disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored rehabilitation and tone-management plans.
- Conduct pediatric rehabilitation interventions, including botulinum toxin injections and baclofen pump management, as necessary.
- Incorporate visual and instrumented gait analysis into treatment strategies and clinical decision-making.
- Participate in program development, quality enhancement, research initiatives, and physician training.
