Data Analyst II

What you’ll be doing : Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Personalization, Merchandising, Marketing products & UX to optimize customer web behavior. Translate business opportunities & hypothesis from stakeholders into test designs. Analyze test results and ensure that necessary actions are taken to improve site KPI’s and identify any follow-up test. Discover new opportunities for experience optimization by investigating customer behavior. Ensure testing and personalization campaigns are set up properly to deliver planned experiences and provide accurate data collection. Be the subject matter expert on A/B testing & Personalization, providing consultative support to various stakeholders. Utilize strong analytic skills, business acumen and attention to detail to provide data analysis to assist in solving complex business problems. Communicate insights and suggest improvements based on data and observed trends in order to advance reporting capabilities. What you bring to the table : Strong interpersonal skills, a team player. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytic and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems. Qualifications: What’s needed - Basic Qualifications 2+ years of A/B testing and analytics experience. Over two years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst. 2+ years' experience in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in Adobe Analytics. What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a related field. Experience with Python, R. Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
