This is an opportunity for a skilled professional who is comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, and delivering quality plumbing work across both residential and commercial settings. License is required.You'll have the freedom to go directly from home to your scheduled jobs in a fully equipped company vehicle, while having the backing of an established team and ongoing opportunities to grow your skills and earnings.The WorkThis position offers variety from day to day. You'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems while working directly with customers and property owners.Responsibilities include:Troubleshooting plumbing problems and identifying the source of leaks, drainage issues, and other system failuresInstalling and repairing water lines and plumbing systemsWorking on wells and well-house plumbingInstalling and servicing toilets, sinks, faucets, disposals, dishwashers, and related plumbing equipmentCompleting preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairsWorking on both residential and commercial plumbing systemsMaintaining compliance with Washington plumbing codes and company safety standardsCommunicating professionally with customers and providing dependable serviceManaging assigned work independently while keeping the team informed when support is neededQualificationsWe 're looking for a plumber who brings solid field experience and can confidently diagnose and complete plumbing work without constant supervision.Required:Current Washington State 01 or 02 Plumbing LicenseMinimum of 3 years of plumbing experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience with residential and commercial plumbingKnowledge of applicable plumbing codesValid driver's license and clean driving recordStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional education in the trade is a plus, including an associate degree or technical training.Compensation & BenefitsYour experience and skill level will determine where you fall within the pay range.$45–$55/hour100% employer-paid health insuranceTake-home company vehicleCompany-provided uniformsPaid holidaysPaid time off that increases with hours workedOngoing technical training and professional developmentStable, year-round employment with an established companyOpportunities for continued wage growthSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating on-call scheduleTake the Next StepIf you're a licensed plumber looking for strong compensation, excellent benefits, and the independence to manage your work in the field, West Mechanical wants to hear from you.Bring your experience, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
