We are excited to host interview days for our branch positions on July 15th and 16th. At RMC, the Assistant Manager role is a high-impact sales position responsible for driving revenue, growing accounts, and maximizing branch performance. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by results, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoy actively selling financial products while building strong customer relationships. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
