What You’ll Do: As a Caregiver, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect. Assisting in maintaining accurate and complete services plans, records and files for each resident. Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols. Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team. Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members . Requirements What We’re Looking For: Certified or Uncertified Caregivers with a heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare. 1+ years of experience as a caregiver in a senior living or related industry role (preferred).
