We're a rapidly growing recruiting agency specializing in the booming  construction, architecture and restoration industries — and we’re looking for hungry, commission-driven recruiters to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Source top talent for high-demand roles in construction & restoration (PMs, Estimators, Supers, GCs, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Use creative tools, platforms, and strategies to fill open positions fast
• Own your desk and run it like your business — your hustle = your paycheck

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Construction, Architecture and Restoration industry experience preferred
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (construction industry knowledge is a huge plus!)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A "get it done" mindset and a thick skin
• Motivation to grow with a startup-minded, performance-based agency
