- Able to analyze business requirements and design efficient solutions
- Solid understanding of source control software like Git
- Lead Offshore coordination
- Good communication skills
- Unit test case documentation and build utilities
- Java 8 or above
- Spring boot, spring core
- Spring data JPA and understanding about spring transaction management
- RDBMS Database (understanding about table, constraints, basic sql queries and indexes for performance)
- Rest APIs understanding
