Schedule & Pay Highlights

• Full-Time: 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings

• Every Other Weekend: 2nd Shift

• 8-Hour Shifts (More Predictable Scheduling)

• +$3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 39-Bed Facility (Smaller, Team-Focused Environment)

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans

• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety

• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment

• Take and document vitals and required charting

• Report any concerns or violations of residents' rights immediately

What You Bring

• Active CNA/STNA certification (required)

• Strong communication skills

• A service-minded attitude and willingness to learn

• Dependability and a positive, team-focused mindset

• Passion for supporting and improving residents' quality of life
