Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. \n
- Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client resilience and recovery. \n
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in clinical records while adhering to compliance and documentation standards. \n
- Engage collaboratively with educational professionals, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for each child. \n
- Deliver psychoeducation and support to patients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and promote coping strategies. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest research developments and best practices in mental health to contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery. \n
Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who are navigating emotional and psychological challenges that impact their academic and social development. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory. \n
- A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona is essential. \n
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or school-based setting is required. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy and therapeutic interventions tailored for children and adolescents. \n
