Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Friends and Community Team, a strategic part of our 2025 ambitions. This role involves supporting delivery, enhancing team effectiveness, and championing alignment, operational excellence, and agile practices. You will collaborate closely with Team Leads, Product & Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely progress of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Drive Delivery & Operational Excellence Lead execution of complex, cross-functional programs by developing clear plans, identifying risks early, and maintaining team focus on impactful outcomes. Strengthen stakeholder coordination, establish planning routines, and ensure transparency around progress and blockers. Promote efficient processes that support team productivity without unnecessary bureaucracy. Enable Strategic Alignment Partner with leadership to translate vision into actionable plans, ensuring priorities, capacity, and dependencies are aligned. Address organizational challenges that may hinder delivery and support scalable ways of working. Champion Agility & Continuous Improvement Embed agile values and adaptive practices across teams, supporting iterative planning and collaborative delivery. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and psychological safety, encouraging feedback and learning from failures to drive innovation. Build Consistency & Best Practices Develop and implement playbooks, templates, and shared tools to foster consistency while allowing flexibility. Establish delivery metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor progress, identify risks, and inform decision-making. Required Skills & Experience 4-6+ years in program or delivery management within agile, cross-functional environments Proven success managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders Experience with project planning, tracking, and documentation tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, etc. Ability to manage planning rhythms and support prioritization in dynamic, fast-paced settings Experience aligning senior leaders around roadmaps, goals, and OKRs Calm, organized, adaptable communicator who thrives in ambiguity and can bring structure and momentum About Us Bumble Inc. owns Bumble, Badoo, Bumble For Friends, and Geneva.
