Pay: $37 per hour
Location: Rochester, NY
Available Schedules: Day 7:00am - 3:30pm; Evening 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Position Description
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to patients. The LPN will assist with treatment plans, administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a physician and registered nurse, monitor vital signs, and provide basic wound care.

The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and committed to providing safe, quality patient care.
Responsibilities

Participate in patient treatment plans and care regimens
Administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a physician and registered nurse
Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
Communicate patient observations and concerns to the appropriate nursing or medical staff
Follow established patient care procedures, safety standards, and facility policies

Requirements

Valid New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Current physical examination
Current PPD/TB documentation
Current MMR immunization records
Current COVID-19 vaccination
Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and reliable patient care

Mandatory Dress Code

Scrubs are required while working in the facility.
