Bonsai Kitchen Bath and Flooring is a design showroom seeking a Designer and Sales Professional to join our growing team.  Specializing in luxury kitchens & bathrooms our firm provides thoughtful, functional designs to customers helping them from concept through to creation of their project.  In partnership with our construction company, we are able to not only design but also build and install our projects.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in meeting with customers to understand their vision, pain points, budget guidelines and what products from cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, and more will meet their needs to complete their project.  Understanding design trends, customer presentation skills, software, and building relationships with clients and contractors will all be key to success in this role.

Qualifications:

Required:
- 5+ years of experience in designing kitchens & bathrooms or equivalent interior design
- Strong understanding of residential construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven sales ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Passion for highend residential design
- Proficiency in Cyncly 2020 
- Microsoft Office Proficiency

Preferred:
- Knowedge of Sketchup 
- Knowledge of Chief Architect 
- Knowledge of MA State Building Codes
- Knowledge of NKBA Design Principles
