Hiring Immediately - Warehouse Shipping Clerk - Jeffersonville, IN

Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Shipping Clerk jobs in Jeffersonville, IN. As a Warehouse Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating with warehouse personnel and truck drivers to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods. Weekly pay starting at $21.00/hr and great benefits available.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule and dispatch shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Checking-in and out all inbound/ outbound live and drop shipments
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock counts.
Communicate with customers and provide updates on shipment status and delivery times.
Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including shipment details and driver information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for dispatching and tracking shipments.
