Ability to oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards. Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all food‑service products. Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel). High School diploma or GED preferred; not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
